Our BH 3055 is one year old today. We LOVE the unit. This is our 1 year report.
FROM THE FACTORY:
1) The shower leaked. Hopefully Heartland will remedy this in their production.
2) The wiring under the bed rubbed on the slide mechanism and shorted out as soon as we got the unit. A true fire hazard from the factory that seems to have gone on too long.
3) The water heater bypass was hooked up back wards = cold shower.
4) The city water check valve was bad.
5) There was a stone under the flooring in the kitchen. After a few uses of the slide, the slide finally tore the flooring.
The slam door on the curb side has been replaced twice. Heartland has certainly stood behind the product of a supplier. Works fine now.
Again, we love the unit and would recommend a BigHorn to anyone. Hopefully we can make a rally soon.
