What did you do to your camper today?

I gave the Prowler a bath . . . needed it pretty bad!

I also replaced the inside speakers with some good ones . . . sounds much better now!

Removed our rear couch (our son has it at his house) and added two desks and two chairs. Now we both have a place to work, with a view. Desks from Amazon, chairs from OfficeMax. We're still looking at how all of it will ride when we travel. The chairs won't slide underneath the desks, leaving the legs sticking out too far to clear the slides when they come in. That's a solvable problem, though.

Looking good! I ended up replacing my desktop, and we secured the desktop to the drawer system, and then secured that to the floor. No moving when traveling, now!

Btw, my chair can lower and the arms fit under the desktop. However, the arms also flip up so the chair can go under the desk further as well. Found the chair at Costco.

Scrubbed the roof and toppers today, along with the caps. Rest of the rig will get done in a day or two.

Well, sad to say, you need some practice. Come try again on my rig.

Hey Malcolm....
All that time spent in IKEA and nothin to show for it. Lol

Where do you think I got my ideas???? :D We both like the craftsman style and IKEA does carry that style. I did look at desk chairs at IKEA but liked these better. They match the rest of my furniture.

Rejex will have to wait a few more day/weeks...Just not sure where everything goes....wow so much room and as a bachelor...I have no idea if I am organizing or just moving stuff around....But it's all good!!!!!!!!!!!!
The "AUSSIE Girls" are thinking their new playhouse is pretty cool every time I go to work on it....A BONE for each, and a 35 ft trailer with room to wrestle...what could be better....Hum...am I missing anything???

I brought it home. Our other rig, of course. It's kinda handy (though a bit expensive) being able to instantly create your own rally. We'll be cleaning it up (the 3950FB on the right) and eventually consigning it for sale.

I know it's a haul, but consider PPL here in Texas, a large consignment dealer with multiple locations. I've heard good things about the buying and selling process.

Erika, they are one of two places we are considering using. The other is our selling dealer for our current rig. They are located in southern Indiana just across the river from Lousiville, KY.

We've talked to the dealer that sold us our current rig and they're interested in consigning it. They did mention that their big fifth wheel season starts late September. I'm also debating PPL (and have talked to them, as well). With us starting our big western tour in a couple weeks, we'll be hard pressed to get the trailer much of anywhere soon since it needs some cleanup done to it.

I also found out quite a bit about insurance when you consign a rig. Once it is on a lot to be consigned, we're looking at $200+ a month just for insurance. Not many places will insure it when it is being consigned (Good Sam/National General does not, but Blue Sky will).

...I have no idea if I am organizing or just moving stuff around....

You will know if you were organizing when you go to find it. If you are able to find it, you organized. If you had to search many places, you just moved it around, lol. Have fun and camp safe.
