We have a 2017 and the flooring in front of the stove is soft. Our insurance said it was our fault. I had it inspected and they informed us it was a manufacturer issue. so upsetting.:(:mad:. We have never had problems with it.

We have discovered that our 2017 Cyclone windows had no caulking or seals so now we have water damage. Can someone share any helpful solutions?:(:(
