Has anyone replaced the plywwod floors of the slide outs?

Has anyone replaced the plywwod floors of the slide outs?
We have an 2011 Heartland lakeside 321BHDD and both slides are rotting from the exposed edges. Can you buy the plywood from the factory? Any tips for us would be appreciated. Thank you- Bostonfamily
