Yesterday evening I used a lighter and couldn't get them to come on. I have cleaned out the orifices as instructed to no avail. I am at a loss now.

That may be in our future but right now I'm just trying to get the gas to light. :cool:

Thanks for that. The piezo actually worked before he ruined the knob. He spun it so vigorously that he stripped the inside of the plastic knob out so that would no longer engage the stem that goes into the piezo generator on the front of the stove. This problem wasn't spark, we got plenty of...

We did get the top burners to light a few times before the piezo knob tanked. So, propane is flowing. I have not addressed the oven yet.

It is actually the control knob that spins around and the unit shuts off prematurely. I was not clear, sorry.

I never got to that with the installation guy trying the piezo so feverishly. I will try that tonight.

The Splendide Italian made washer/dryer combo knob just spins on wash cycle and it also does not properly dry clothing. We followed the "Reset" instructions to no avail.
