it appears that my problem is a delamination, I think the plywood was glued to the foam creating a structure that was solid, once it failed there was just foam, plywood, and fiberglass. I bet I haven't used my door more than 20 times, I thought I was the only one with the problem, but it appears...

The reality is this, Me and everybody else bought our units from Heartland, NOT Lippert. In my mind that makes Heartland responsible for providing a unit that lives up to the customers realistic expectations. If these compnoents are junk then the manuf should not be buying them from this...

I have that very problem, in the center of the door it sags about 5" when standing on it and 3 by itself. There is no way it will support 1000 lbs per contact point. I have a 2010 RW 365, love the trailer, however after de-winterizing it I had the rear garage door open and noticed that the drop gate surface had delaminated from the base structure. this is obviously not normal, what can I do?

OK, so it isn't just a matter of turning a valve but 4 screws and your into the water heater area, the only time I get back there is during winterizing and de-winterizing, so removing the 4 screws is no big deal for me. you cut an access panel with a hinge to make it really easy I guess
