    ATF: Road Warrior - Fenders

I got a set of aluminum fenders for a Horse trailer, they were built way better than the plastic ones. I did have to shorten the ends as they were made to come down further but that was no big deal and I had to split them where the slides came out. once they were installed I think they look...

ATF: Road Warrior - where are my satellite cables located

I currently have a winegard carryout that we have used twice, salesman talked me into it saying it could be moved if trees block signal. anyways it is to much of a pain to set up so I decided to go permanent on the roof and was told the cable is up in the roof someplace, just need to narrow it...

ATF: Road Warrior - where are my satellite cables located

I have a Road Warrrior RW365, my plan is to install a permanent satellite receiver, I would like to know the location of the cables under the roof skin? is there a soft spot as I have heard some people say or are they located back by the air conditioner someplace as I've also read.

    Ramp Failure!

You are absolutely correct, "Factory Defect" by Heartlands own admission, but since it is out of Warranty tough luck. If I wasn't so ticked off it would be funny, I talked to Jim Fenner in customer service, he said that it is a defect but since Lippert is picking up the door I should be happy...

    Ramp Failure!

Went back to Heartland to see if they would participate in the labor to replace the door, but as I expected they said its out of warranty and your on your own. I will be sure to relay this great customer service to all my friends and anybody else that will listen. not that they care but they...

    Ramp Failure!

So as a followup, I went to Heartland to get my rear door repaired, sent pictures and ultimatrely was told, sorry but we can't help you. I was upset, and felt that the service life should have been more than 20 uses, so I called Lippert, sent them the same pictures, and received a followup a...

    Ramp Door Issues

it appears that my problem is a delamination, I think the plywood was glued to the foam creating a structure that was solid, once it failed there was just foam, plywood, and fiberglass. I bet I haven't used my door more than 20 times, I thought I was the only one with the problem, but it appears...

    Ramp Failure!

The reality is this, Me and everybody else bought our units from Heartland, NOT Lippert. In my mind that makes Heartland responsible for providing a unit that lives up to the customers realistic expectations. If these compnoents are junk then the manuf should not be buying them from this...

    Ramp Door Issues

I have that very problem, in the center of the door it sags about 5" when standing on it and 3 by itself. There is no way it will support 1000 lbs per contact point. My unit is A 2010 and I did call Lippert, where they told me the unit was only warranted for a year. It started with a bubble down...

ATF: Road Warrior - rear door delamination

Of course you wouldn't, and your right I probably shouldn't have either but i've been busy and haven't used my trailer in a while. Still I would have expected a response, I know somebody from the factory has looked at this and has chosen not to respond

ATF: Road Warrior - rear door delamination

Well 3 months has expired and no response from the factory, of course I haven't been persistent yet. I'm now to a point that I will have to be, the door will sag by 3" with just the weight of a person, no way will it support a 1000 per contact point. I have contacted lippert who explained that...

ATF: Road Warrior - rear door delamination

I realize they don't monitor 24/7, but I did expect something in a week, as for owner to owner, I doubt it, that's why its called ask the factory, I f I was looking for owner to owner I would have posted in the general section.

ATF: Road Warrior - rear door delamination

I have a 2010 RW 365, love the trailer, however after de-winterizing it I had the rear garage door open and noticed that the drop gate surface had delaminated from the base structure. this is obviously not normal, what can I do?

    bypass valves

OK, so it isn't just a matter of turning a valve but 4 screws and your into the water heater area, the only time I get back there is during winterizing and de-winterizing, so removing the 4 screws is no big deal for me. you cut an access panel with a hinge to make it really easy I guess
