    Fridge not working

The refrigerator in my trailer quit working, no power to it at all. Also the living room AC does not work. Everything else is normal. All fuses and breakers check good. The trouble started with a low power situation. What can I check to troubleshoot the two specific problems? 2008 Big Country.

Thru the car wash with fuel cap off

Washing your fuel I'm not a diesel guru, but I'd guess as much as you've driven without problems you've gotten away with it. I would definitely check that sediment bowl though, and it would probably pay to change the fuel filter. Scary lesson though!

2008 Southwest Regional (Houston, TX) Spring Rally - Being Planned...

Spring Rally Hi, Ed Weidig here. I am planning to come down for the rally. Hopefully I won't have to cancel this time. Looking forward to meeting everyone. I am going to "The Rally" in Perry, GA in March too. Anyone else going to that one? Ed

golf cart batteries for our 3400rl

Actually not Two sixes in series will give more amp hours than two twelves in parallel. That's the reason most people go to them. Those four in a series/parallel configuration would give lots of boondocking time. Also would add a lot of weight.

    Brakes

Brake controller Most of us have Prodigy controllers. There are some other good brands out there. Don't skimp on the controller, your life depends on it.

    Explore USA (Kyle,Tx)

Kyle, TX ExploreUSA I bought my Big Horn 3055RL from ExploreUSA in Kyle. In fact I bought three trailers there in just a little over a year. The first was a Trailmanor 2720. After one trip I decided my TV would handle more trailer so I said if they would give me the full price I paid for the...

    Air Bag Suspension

Tools A 1/2" drive torque wrench with the proper size socket for your lug nuts. It pays to check them at 50 miles, 200 miles, and then before each trip. I check mine every other day or so when towing too. Most of the time you won't find any loose, but better safe than sorry. The 12V compressor...

    Considering Sundance 2500RS

Heartland dealers If you're coming down I-35 there's a decent dealer in Kyle, TX. Explore USA. They carry a pretty fair inventory. Can't swear they'll have the one you're looking for, but it could be worth a look. Ask for Tommy, tell him I sent you.

    Rayford Crossing

I pulled into Rayford Crossing RV Park at about 3:30 this afternoon. The first trailer I saw inside the park was a Big Horn 3055 like mine. Nobody around to talk to. Will check again in the AM. I cranked up the truck to go to dinner and immediately went into limp mode. I changed the fuel...

    Faulty Light

Light I have the same problem in my 2006. I have fixed it a couple times, seems like a socket problem. Since I don't use those lights much I decided I could do without it until I get really ambitious. Doesn't look good in the near future! I don't know if I'm getting more patient, or just lazy.

    Please help with heater problem.

Heater not working I'm having the same problem. My blower comes on, runs for about 15 or 20 seconds, fire never lights, blower turns off. It worked one day, not the next. The stove worked fine, didn't switch to gas for fridge or water heater to check that, but switched tanks anyway. (And I'm...
