Heartland called my house within an hour of my first post and all has been taken care of. That is what I call service. :D

We took delivery of our NT in November of 08 and it came with as an option 15 inch lcd tv with dvd player. We tested it when we got it and then atored it inside the house for the winter. We placed it back into the trailer for our 19 day trip to Florida at the end of June. Upon trying to use it...
I have not heard of this happening before on these units. I would contact your dealer as soon as you can to let them know. Enjoy your NT they are great.

rckc228, Sorry to hear about your loss. :( Know alot of people that were effected by that storm. Luckily we got by unscathed down here in southern Mass. I would have been realily bummed if that had happened to me seeing that I have not even got to use my North Trail yet.:eek:
