I have a 2013 landmark grandcanyon and had the same problem but on the inside. If you haven't already found out Heartland guarantees their frames for 5 years. They were great, took care of everything. Hope this helps. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G900A using Tapatalk

We are planning a trip in 2015 July to Canada and Alaska using Adventure Caravans. This is all new to us and would like to know if anybody has use them and what your likes and dislikes things like that? Thank you for any info you might have. Pete & Fawn

It will be interesting to see what the new perspective bring the landmark line!

I use the device called level check it's made by Truman it uses ultrasound to check the level of LP or any liquid in aluminum or steel tanks. Works great.

Might check for moisture in the burners?

Dinette versus table ? We've had both. To me and my wife the tables and chairs seem to open up the RV so much more especially when you can take the chairs and put them away somewhere
