Welcome to our club. We bought a NEW Cyclone and have a very long list of items, which need fixing. Unlike you, we do not have a dealer, which is readily working with us. We are "waiting" for Heartland headquarters to make a decision on how "they" are going to fix our problems.</SPAN>
