I took a slightly different path to addressing the comfort of the lower bunk - I purchased a mattress that I store on the top bunk and move to the lower bunk when it is setup to sleep. I replaced the mattress in the upper bunk as well as it was getting old.

Agreed - if it is a newer rig, it could just be teh mess that the factory left behind - when you start looking around behind panels and such you will see the hidden mess that got covered up before it was cleaned up
also - make sure there are no cracks on the skylight - I had one crack due to age and it leaked into the inner skylight and then into/onto the ceiling - looked like a seam leak but needed to replace the outer skylight.

I did get a call back but they do not do customer paid service. But I was given a few leads on service centers to call. Although none of them were here in the New England area. I currently leaning towards taking it out to affinity in Goshen or happy camp ent in PA.

I've been calling them since you posted this and they just do not seem to answer the phones - select service and it rings for a bit then says I can leave a message in the main mailbox but when I press 0 it says the mailbox is full - so I guess they don't listen to the voice mail...
I have read that WAZE professional ( not the free app ) allows you to enter height, weight, and length and will route you accordingly. I plan on upgrading to this paid app before the next camping year begins for me. I have only had to backup once and it was no fun.

Actually looking at the other photos on the MFG site - it looks like the walk in opening is a 1/2 height ( same height as the solid wall ) bypass door.
