Agreed - if it is a newer rig, it could just be teh mess that the factory left behind - when you start looking around behind panels and such you will see the hidden mess that got covered up before it was cleaned up

or if you're going to be at the Rally - fill out the minor repair form and ask them to install it for you ...

also - make sure there are no cracks on the skylight - I had one crack due to age and it leaked into the inner skylight and then into/onto the ceiling - looked like a seam leak but needed to replace the outer skylight.

Thanks Jim, I've been calling them since you posted this and they just do not seem to answer the phones - select service and it rings for a bit then says I can leave a message in the main mailbox but when I press 0 it says the mailbox is full - so I guess they don't listen to the voice mail...

I have read that WAZE professional ( not the free app ) allows you to enter height, weight, and length and will route you accordingly. I plan on upgrading to this paid app before the next camping year begins for me. I have only had to backup once and it was no fun. K <style></style>
