Several weeks ago thew display went dead and now when we get a weather alert the audio plays but nothing on the display. We have a Big Horn 2017 3760EL and I have no idea how to get to the back of the unit as it is built in.

Our 3760 is a 2017 with all the new changes and has no cupboard behind the commode. I just yesterday put up a towel hanger on the bathroom side of the hall door. it has 4 bars and they pivot from the side so you have to fold the towel long ways but works real well.

yes, there is a board frame as I see it but is stapled together and I can't get my hand in there with anything to remove it. It seems to be there to keep it from tipping as I can pull on the top of the fridge and rock it some but can't get it to roll out any.

We have a 2017 BH3760EL. I think something is hooked up wrong. It plays music CD's fine. It shows it is loading the DVD but nothing else happens. I think the input on the TV should be set on AV but I have tried all the inputs on the TV and none of them work.

We have the Jensen JWM9A and the DVD will not play, says it is loading but nothing happens. Selected DISC like it says but get nothing. Input on TV is on AV but have tried all INPUT selections but nothing works. How do you get to all the connections behind the TV and Jensen system?

We love the floorplan but they put up no towel bars and we are beginning to know why. We put up a towel ring behind the commode for the hand towel but other than an over the door for the hall door there is now where to install a towel bar. Any help will be appreciated.

OK, I found the on/off rocker switch but when I press to turn it on it goes to the on position and then right back to off position.
