Jesstalkn,i believe that could be it. I noticed an extra control by the furnace-air conditioner control and wondered what the heck it was. Now all I have to do is figure it out and hope it works. Thank you. Bill

Folks, I have a problem that has me completely stymied. We have a 2009 Big horn, 38 foot. Three slides. It has a vent with a fan about ten or twelve feet up in the kitchen ceiling. This vent-fan has a knob on it.....but..no controls any where with in reach. None. I emailed the factory...

Give me a break guys. the previous owners had no way of know the slide out floor was rotten, if so i would have caught it on the pdi. We bought it from a dealer and I am sure he didn't know it. I would think you all have been on forums and have been owners long enough to be aware of the quality...

Bought a used 2009 Big Horn 3580RL a month or so ago. Looked pretty nice. the Better half really liked it. Trouble with the living room slide, marking the floor, some broken wood in the area where the washer and dryer would be. Took it to a repair shop. Wife ask me if I noticed the soft spot...

I can't believe it, I have the same fifth wheel, purchased about a month ago and it had the same problem. It did have a washer and dryer, which we had removed. I had the dealer replace the fiberglass and he said he looked inside and no water damage. There was none where the washer and dryer were.

The way this wood is damaged suggests damage from the inside. Very recent. There was a washer and dryer in the rig and we had the dealer remove them. The wavy filon was replaced. The rig goes to a repair shop on September 12 and I will have them check this damaged wood area. Bill

Thank you for you reply. When we bought this, very recently, the fiberglass under the front area (king pin area) was very wavy and we had the dealer fix that. We are taking it to a repair shop next month for some serious slide repair. Thinking we made a mistake buying this. Bill

Just in case they get the slides fixed (all three)on my seven year old Big Horn I want to buy a skirt for the door side. Due to the design, if you are standing between the skirt and door and don't be careful when you turn around, you hip will hit the edge of the skirt and break the plastic...
