FYI had same problem with different manufacturer only after 2 years. Thats why I went to Heartland Cyclone. They now use Azdel, which doesn't delam.
Next time only consider an RV with Azdel exterior side walls. More manufactories are using it now. Luan prices have skyrocketed and harder to get...
Could be a variety of issues: rails, chain, motor, wiring/contact problem, binding on ???

I called Lippert owned HappiJac. They informed me that the track plates, holding the upper bunk can be removed. The upper bunk then can rest on the lower bunk. The leg supports on the lower bunk should be in the lowered position for better stability.
That gives the lower bunk a much lower...
My 2020 GMC Denali 3500 has a trailer TPMS built into the truck. Paid $5.00 a wheel for Discount tire to install the sensors. It also has some other neat towing features built into the truck: checks all trailer lights, gives trailer MPG average, gives trailer miles, have 11 different camera...
Yes there are a lot of RV junk yards and surplus stores. But it depends on where you live. A door is not something you can ship easily. You should be able to find one and pick it up.
Your unit is new enough you can even order one from Heartland. Last year I got some trim and a new window from...
We have a Cyclone. The lower happijac bed is not comfortable to sleep on and has to be completely redone from the sofa option into the bed ption. However the upper bed can be kept with bedding in place and is more comfortable to sleep on. But we hate to have 60+ year old guests crawling into...
BEFORE you do anything with the motor adjust the angle of the awning. Use the push buttons on the upright support bracket attached to the trailer while the awning is in the retracted position. You will likely need a ladder to accomplish the adjustment.
I had the same problem. And I also thought...
Had a similar wiring disconnect issue on my 2020 Cyclone, but not on an oven connector.
I rarely use the water pump. I usually have a city water hookup. I went to winterize the unit and the pump didn't work. Checked the fuses and they were all good. Took off the panel for the water pump switch...
I've had two tank valves go bad. At first I thought it was a bad regulator or empty tanks. Took tanks in to get filled, but they were both full. Bought two new tanks and everything works great.
It was on a brand new Cyclone and Heartland covered the replacements but I had to pay for the propane.
OK thank you, now I understand. My slideout is apparently constructed differently???? The plywood flooring is not exposed. The Azdel composite covering of the slideout vertical wall covers the plywood on the front. On the sides of the slideout the vertical wall is made of aluminum and also...
Sorry but we seem to be missing each other's point. I'd like to understand your issue so I can avoid the problem you have. Where do you think the water coming from that is rotting your floor? What do you mean by the term "extrusion" Is it the rubber seal or the metal slideout edge trim? I've...
IMO the aluminum extrusion material at the bottom of the slide would be the least likely place you would get a water leak.
My point is that if you do not a good seal at the top or side of the slideout, water could leak in through the those seals, go down the wall and run onto the floor. To me...
Have you figured out how the water got in.
Faulty rubber seals? Slideout not completely closing? Slideout not closing evenly? Window or door seals? Or?
I am also curious. Do you have a slideout awning topper?
I would like to think that the slideout awning, even when the slideout is in...
