What controls witch slide extends or retracts first?

I looked through all my paperwork and manuals that I have for my BH 3670 and don't have any information on the hydraulic system for the slides. What controls witch slide moves first? Is it the number of turns the valve is opened? Is there any sequence that should be used?

    Tire pressure monitoring system

Like some input on Tire pressure monitoring systems. From what I have read, the Safeguard TPMS seams to be a good choice. I'm looking for a ten cap sensor unit and this one would be $479.00. Small price to pay compared to what a blown tire can do to the trailer. Thanks for the help.
