This RV is priced low because of hail on the roof and rubber seals needing replacement on the slide-outs. There is no damage inside and there is no damage to the fiberglass on the outside and it's always been non smoking. It could probably use a coat of Dicor rubber roof sealant. The mileage on...

I just ordered this one from home depot. Samsung Model # RF18HFENBBC
It will fit perfect and doesn't weigh much more than the Norcold.
and, we wanted the bottom freezer.
thanks for the help.
Well, I found the problem.
It appears someone put a screw where it didn't belong. There was a 3" long screw in the top left of the breaker as shown in the picture.
It eventually melted that side of the breaker.
I replaced the 50 amp breaker and all is well..at least we didn't die.
Last night smoke alarm went off..Smoke coming out of grill above pantry.
Shut down bedroom AC and it stopped.
Need to know what might cause this.
Might be a wiring problem..could smell something burning.
Thanks for any help.

GFCI now has no power coming into the line...anyone know what could have happened..all the breakers and fuses seem fine. :(
went to change out gfci breaker plug and noticed no power on either line..in or out.
Problem with rubber seal on slide out at the top..they have disintegrated.
Need to know if anyone has had this problem..this soon.. on a 2013 Landmark.
also, can anyone tell me where I could find a replacement?
"Litz, Perhaps there's a problem with your Landmark that the rest of us haven't experienced."
thats entirely possible. Like I said, all of these things are fixable..I just didn't expect these type of things on this quality of RV.
Now, if this is whats to be expected after 1 year of use and...
and I to weill help by taking pics and showing what I do to solve the problem. I will start on a website right now.I dont see a place here to show pics.
We bought from one of their customers that gets a new rv every year...please get over your salvage auction stuff. The slide outs need no adjustments..they are not the problem...the problem is air coming thru the walls at the bottom where the floor meets at the outside. That is a design problem...

Its a 2013 bought used at one of DFWs largest rv dealers..clean title. There was no difference between ours and the 2014 sitting next to it we looked at. As soon as it warms up I will fix all of these problems. Im just sayin its totally ridiculous that I can hold my hand...

Believe me, we have foam stuck in every crevice around the bed slideout...cold air comes in everywhere. Its nothing I cant eventually fix, just didnt think I should have to do it on this level of trailer. These are just all design flaws that can be fixed. It will just be...

Well, it appears not only the windows leak but the slide outs are really bad. There is air coming in the back end wall at the floor on the slideouts. It looks like I will have to rip up the carpet and and caulk the seams ...something I shouldnt have to do. Im real glad I got this thing...

I have a Landmark San Antonio 2013...its fine until it gets below 40 degrees and the wind is blowing. Every single window leaks in cold air..we have taped up half and will probably have to seal them all shut soon. Cold air even blows in from the heater vents when its not on. To make matters...
