We (Dan & Lisa Brown) have a variety of things we will be trying to unload. Please TEXT ONLY if you're interested (because we don't answer unknown calls). 502-354-1346.
PLEASE COME BACK OFTEN FOR UPDATES!!
UPDATE 6/4/19
Iphone 5 - fully operational and ready to go! (excellent condition)...
Jim,
Though pricey, you won't regret investing in the Battle Born lithium ions. We love them. 10 year warranty. Life of battery 10-15 years. The furthest we took our 6 down was to 17%. Amazing! Friends of ours Matt and Diane from Adventurous Way took theirs down to 0. If you'd like to talk to...
I realize this is probably an 'after the fact' information but our HighPointe Convection Micro also had the same issue. While we were tending to warranty service, Heartland just replaced it with a Furrion.
BTW, I did email a short video of the operation and temperature using an oven...
We will be bringing a pasta salad to the Pot Luck...and we will be bringing a raffle gift. :)
If any of you are looking for a nice restaurant in town, Symphony's at Wine Ridge is absolutely awesome. Dressy Casual. Great wine!
Hopefully this is okay to share here but we will have our Idaho Tote (details in the For Sale section of the forums) with us that we are selling if any of you are seriously interested. (we will be at another RV Resort 3 miles up the road).
We are really looking forward to making new friends and...
I've not been ignoring you all. THANK YOU for all the ideas.
We are looking more into a Printer's Table instead of an actual desk; that way if we have company, we can pull it out if we need to. Plus, occasionally, we enjoy building jigsaw puzzles and this would be perfect. I don't need...
We would like to attend this Rally however, we will be parked up the road at Wine Ridge RV Resort. We'd like to partake in all events if we're allowed. Do you have room for 2 more? No campsite needed.
Dan & Lisa Brown
We are looking. Just wanted to see ideas from others who have done the same or similar. We are taking the sofa out. We don't need it. I need an office...badly! LOL
Has anyone installed an office desk or built something similar that's the whole width or close to in the rear of the coach (NOT in a slide). We have the '16 Ashland.
I don't need fancy but would like a two-person desk with a small cabinet to store printer and small office supplies in...
Without sifting through all of the responses on this thread...is the 2 bottle/can 'per person'? What if a 'couple' comes (1 and their significant other)? Do we bring 2 cans/bottles or 4 cans/bottles?
Thanks!
I've read that but it still shouldn't take that long to boil water. That's a serious flaw in design. Think about when you cook spaghetti sauce and boil the pasta. Even if you had the sauce on medium, its going to take more than 'medium' to even get the pasta water to boiling point.
Wow! Chiming in a little later because I thought I was crazy but our True Induction is giving me fits. I'm cook a ton so this is important to me. Over the course of the last few months, I've been finding my cooktop is doing the same darn thing. Last night, I made a Chicken Bouillabaisse on...
Thank you for the update Jim!
We decided not to get our two things done at the rally as our Landmark will be going in for warranty repairs right after the rally. Leaves more time for others to take advantage of this awesome offering.
I have to laugh about 'those mirrors'. We have an extremely smart Calico cat. When I'm preparing food on the island counter, from the living area, she will look up in the mirror to see what I'm preparing. I kid you not, its hilarious watching her.
On the other note, we wouldn't be putting up...
This sounds awesomely interesting! Either or both of us may attend. I put a message on our bulletin board to pick up some crazy brew before heading up for the rally. Looking forward to this.
Hey All,
I will be giving a Presentation "Introduction to Essential Oils" with 3 different 'Make & Take' Workshops. This is my TENTATIVE info. I will update it as I get my supplies in as to announce what we will be making in each Make & Take. My supplies are rolling in via UPS and USMail so...
We want to take this down and install different lights and get rid of that awful mirror. Our cat likes it because she can be on the floor looking up in the mirror to see what I'm preparing on the counter (smart kitty!). But we would like to put something nicer; perhaps a track lighting or...
Our two Maine Coon cats that full-time with us don't like loud noises either however, we diffuse Essential Oils and it helps with their anxiety and fears; especially when we camp/park at military bases and posts where we get to enjoy daily air shows. There will be a "Essential Oils in the...
Last Goshen Rally, we were in one of the Ring Road sites. The sites were longer and we COULD extend our Cyclone 4100 back deck however, we were so busy with all the cool and awesome activities, workshops, classes, tours, meals, and such that we were so dog tired when we got back that we just...
Re: Bicycle Receiver (1-1/4") Option in Landmark - Please vote
2" preferred. We've seen the lesser cause scary bounce and it doesn't look sturdy enough going down the road with bikes or other stuff bouncing back there. A dual receiver would be even better. ;)
Thank you Jim and Jerrod for your responses. Sorry it took us so long to reply; we were in Idaho with no internet or cell coverage. It was our first time really experiencing the ramifications of living 'off the grid' so to speak.
Jerrod, we are interested in seeing your setup on this. Will...
Late in the game for a response but I agree with TravelTigger. The induction cooktop screams 'high end' and personally, I LOVE IT! Its actually now the chosen means of culinary cooking because of its safer 'instant heat'. I bought silicon round burner covers for it so my cookware doesn't...
We have a 2016 Ashland that has the pantry (top half deep shelves and bottom half pullout drawers) next to the refrigerator (one of the big reasons why we bought it! I LOVE our pantry!). Can someone please tell us why a light with the on/off switch 'on the light' that's mounted on the ceiling...
Thank you for answering, Andy.
Okay, I'm understanding why outdoor speakers weren't installed (ie. moisture issue); although when we had our Cyclone, we didn't experience that problem. That said, was there a particular reason why a simple sound bar wasn't installed in the outdoor...
Here's the way I look at it regarding RV mattresses. They are like shoes; no 'one shoe' is going to fit every foot. Analogy aside, no RV manufacturer is going to be able to provide a quality mattress that serves every wish or demand of every owner. Like the 3 bears looking for their perfect...
We have an early production of '16 Ashland that did not come with the aluminum steps. We WISHED we had them; hate the heavy black ones that are painful on hot sunny days when you're barefoot...and they look unsightly even 6 months after buying. We will be looking into an install soon.
Our '16 LM 365 Ashland came with a Samsung sound bar under the LG television...why they didn't pair the two from the same manufacturer, I haven't the foggiest however, ours IS bluetooth capable. I play music through it via my Android phone or Ipad to play my Pandora music App (using our own...
OT, Good to see you on here, Doug! It was awesome meeting you both and we're glad you came over to see our LM 365 Ashland (which most dealers don't stock) for comparison from our discussion. We hope to see you on the road or back in SA (about January?). Whichever decision you make on...
Re: UPDATE: 2016 - Las Vegas Rally
YES! We will be there! We will be high-tailing it down to Vegas after our son's wedding in Pueblo, Colorado taking place on the 1st of October.
We are so excited to be attending our 2nd National Rally. Looking forward to seeing some familiar faces as well...
