    Roof Issues

Peeled a little caulk back and there definitely seems to be a 1/4 inch gap between cap and roof. Took pics and sent to my dealer to forward to the company with my extended warranty. Temporarily sealed up with self leveling dicor. Thanks for the heads up everyone! Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

Thanks everyone, I'll reach out to heartland, I bought it new, there was always what appeared to be a factory caulked gap between cap and roof, thought it was normal but seems impossible to keep the large amount of caulk from developing more cracks... Sent from my SM-G930P using Tapatalk

The sealant definitely can slow the slide down. Mine was so bad it was smeared across the windows and slide sides. Still under warranty so the dealer replaced the seals and cleaned it up. D seal track detaching

Hello, I own a 2015 gateway 3500re On the outside top of the big off door kitchen slide there is a thin 4" strip of plastic glued down that runs the length of the far edge of the slide. Part of it was pushed back by the wiper seal casing glue to get on the seal. This caused the d seal track to...

Slide seal not flipping when extending

I have a 2014 gateway 3500re. When extending the big offside slide, the top seal doesn't flip outward, causing a crease in part of the inner seal. It seems like the seal and top of the slide are too dry and won't catch the rubber. Lube and baby powder that everyone uses seems to me would only...
