I think I saw a very cleaver and beautiful towel hanger in the modification section of the forum. It hung over the shower door between the shower door and the sink.

How awful, I hope all works out to your satisfaction. If you have to store it out of the elements, will they pay at also?

#1 I like the size of "BIGHORN" but would like to see "Heartland" bigger. When we were looking to buy a RV, we weren't familiar with the manufacturers and it was frustrating when we drove by one not being able to see who was manufacturing them.

I would look at outdoor seating and tables. Aside from personal items such as bedding, dishware and cookware, I have found the newer RVs to have all other comforts. You may want the clothes washer/dryer if you didn't have it added to your original purchase. I wandered through the RV store and...
This is the factory standard in our Gateway. I love the flexibility of a moveable island and don't plan to get rid of the dining table. It is a laminate, I think the same as the kitchen cabinets. It has drawers on the other side and it had a large trash can in the end you see. That is a little...
I had a similar tear and it was a pebble. Fortunately, we were having other warranty work done and they had their floor guy come repair it. He cut a patch of floor out along the pattern (ours looks like wood) and put in another piece. It is impossible to tell where the new begins and ends. I...
We bought a Newair portable ice maker from Amazon.com and it is awesome! It make cubes every 6 minutes right from start up. Sweet machine, cost was about $100
Here is a picture of our moveable island. I like the ability to place it wherever I need it. It has not moved a bit when we travel and we hit a wash board road when I told hubby go take a wrong turn. (Oops). We strap it down to some D-rings screwed into the floor.
We love the movable island in our Gateway 3200RS. Maybe you can order one from Heartland. I thought I had pictures on my phone but I don't. My hubby will post one though.
That looks great. Sure wish we had the option of the type of floor when we purchased our Gateway. I would prefer vinyl over carpet through out the entire RV. I know carpet is warmer and probably more sound absorbing but vinyl is easier to clean.
So for those of you that do laundry at the parks or other laundromat what does it cost you? We didn't have a w/d in our unit but thought we would like it when we fulltime a few years from now.
Well another instance that shows we have lost many of our freedoms. These exceptions to laws for the good of all is where the downhill slide started. Not wanting to change topics, just wanted to say it.
So the dealership put more insulation around the ductwork so the floor shouldn't get too hot anymore. We are going to spend New Year's Eve in it to test it out and make sure all is good. I sure do appreciate all your input and suggestions. I love this site! & the folks that are associated...
So I wondered if it is possible to join rallies to get to know folks if we are not in our trailer? We will still be winterized and still have freezing weather expected in March. So we can't un-winterize. Does anyone ever do the rallies via hotel?
Thanks danemayer. The rug does not cover any vents and yes it will be checked tomorrow. Buying an extra blanket today so we don't have to turn the furnace on tonight.
We just bought a 3200RS Gateway. We love it and we are on our 3rd outing. This one required we turn on the heat. It is the first time we have had to do this. Has anyone noticed the bathroom floor getting hot? When I got up this morning, I could feel the heat through a throw rug right in front...
