    Roof ladder has too much give.

    I took my new 2017 3760EL in to have the ladder, that accesses the roof, corrected. The situation is that when I climb the ladder, there is a noticable excessive deflection of the standoffs from the end-cap.     We used the water heater on 120v only, LP only, and 120v with LP. We always ran out of hot water. Why? Here is the model.

    Water line leak under shower and fixture for outside shower.

    The unit was winterized. I used a pressure regulator at RV parks. The outside shower is leaking on the back of the fixture. What is leaking and what caused it?
