Slide topper support This isn't John's but it works for us! 3" abs with 90* ell each end about 6' long View of pipe installed between slide out & topper This works good to keep the rain flowing, added awning strap in heavy wind to slow down the flapping. Happy Camping Cliff

If you mean they are sticking open and leaking, my dealer suggested holding pressure against the handle for 5 to 10 seconds to allow the cable to push the valve completely closed. Since I've been doing this there's been no surprise when removing the sewer cap! :rolleyes: Happy Camping Cliff

Hi ppenka, I had a problem like you described, my heater worked fine for 6 mos. then it would start blowing and after a couple minutes shut off. The dealer checked it out and found a defective thermostat. Hope this helps & happy camping. Cliff

Gas vs. Diesel Back in early 80's we towed a 40' Alfa w/8' slide using a Chevy K3500 DRW 400 SB, after several rebuilds & swaping to a BB 454 I got out of RVing, I now own a 99 F250 PSD & Mrs. Owns 08 Dodge 2500 Cummins, Know doubt about it. Towing with a Diesel is the way to go !
