Anyone have a rain water leak in slide on door side. It only seems to come in when wind is blowing hard. It is wet between table and recliners on carpet underneath a window. I was wondering if this is a known issue.
Thanks for any help
David
Thanks everyone for the information. We made it to the lake and have both genie and client working. Only problem I had was when trying to get client working the TV kept saying no signal. Work with it several minutes before i realized i didn’t have it turned on.
Am I correct in assuming an HR54 provides power to the dish and no power inserter is required, not even on the client receiver in the bedroom and the HR54 has to be connected to the red port on the splitter?
I have a swim dish on a tripod with only one wire coming out. I want to hook up a genie to the LR and a mini to the BR. Is there a special splitter I need to use at the dish to run two coax cables to wet bay?
I have done a search but come up with nothing.
thanks for the help

Just FYI. We have not sanitized our water system since 5th wheel was brand new. We only camp a few times a year and our trip in June when we got to the lake our water stunk up the whole trailer. We only hook to city water. Have never used tank. After running a lot of water through it got better...
The flooring around one of the heater registers in the kitchen has come loose. About 3 to 5 inches from the register all the way around. What glue can I use to be able to get all the way into the space? Can I use glue in a spray can with one of those straws. Will glue from a spray can hold...
We are on a trip with the Big Country 3650 RL. Turned on the heater and we have a smell of a burning mouse (?) from all vents. Over time it is getting better. The furnace is working good so the question is should i have the furnace inspected and dead mouse removed or should I just leave...
Had to drop the underbelly of my rig to replace a rear leveling sensor. Only dropped from the rear axle back and what a mess. Wires everywhere, wires going through holes with no chafing protection. Insulation on heating ducts not secure. Spent three hours on my back and knees organizing...
I thought this might help someone. We were going on a trip. Went to hook up Fift Wheel to truck. Got hooked up and went to raise the leveling jacks with the touch pad and received error “rear leveling sensor “. Called dealer to find out where this sensor might be and they told me to call...
Thanks everyone. It took some time and google search but got the remote working so the TV turns on and off and the volume control on the sound bar is working on the Direct TV remote.
Thanks
David
Does anybody know what TV to use for the remote control for Direct TV remote for Furrion TV. There is no furrion tv option. Is Furrion made by a different company?
I have three remotes, Direct TV, Furrion and sound bar. Would like to get down to one
Thanks

Thanks for the ideas to look at. We have a few things we are going to get the dealer to look at over the winter. I don’t have much hope the dealer will do anything especially if they can’t duplicate the issue.
wdk450, I will do everything you suggested.
Thanks

So we were fall camping at our favorite lake. Nights were chilly, days were warm. We had the heater on one night and got up early to go fishing. When we got back in the afternoon the fifth wheel was very warm. Turned off the heater on the thermostat and turned on the AC on the thermostat. Heard...
We have a 2018 BC 3650RL. Have only been on one trip to Lake Texhoma. Our sound on TV sounds like it is not going thru the sound bar. It sounds like TV speakers only. Sound is coming from behind TV and can't see a sound bar at all. We have tried different inputs with no difference in sound. We...
Thank everyone. We picked up unit on Saturday, moved everything from our travel trailer over to the 3650rl Saturday night, and drove to the lake on Sunday. Still figuring everything out but everything seems to work ok. AC in the Oklahoma heat was our big concern but as long as we can keep the...
Just got word yesterday that my trailer came in after 11 weeks on order. We have to drive over two hours to pick up at dealer. Will do a PDA Saturday, drive home and move everything over from our travel trailer Saturday night and leave Sunday for the lake for three weeks. Hope everything goes as...
I think we ordered ours about the same time you ordered yours. I have emailed our dealer several times and all we get is trying to get ahold of the Heartland rep. Will let you Know tomorrow. Then we never here back. I am getting frustrated. So far our Sales experience has not gone as well as we...
From what I have been told the bighorn, big country and landmark units have went from a block foam roof insulation with the ac duct cut thru the foam to a batt insulation with the a conventional ac duct system. The new roof system has better r value and they will be able in the future to add a...
Do you know if you you are compliant with the state law you are in and travel to another state that requires a class a license, are you legal in that state? i have a class A CDL but do not have a medical card so only good for intrastate. I have to renew my license this month. May just go get my...
We are no longer a prospective. We Ordered a 3650RL yesterday. 34% off for those wanting to know. Delv. is the 2nd week of May.
Now the waiting begins. Thanks for all the help I received here. I know I ask a lot of questions and everyone was very nice to help out
Thanks

Thanks for that info. We are starting the process of dealing with dealers. I do like the second awning and will be including it in our option list. If it wasn't for you and this forum I would not of known even to ask for it.
Thanks again
David
Sorry. I thought we were talking about a Big Country 3965dss.
There is nothing in the Heartland Big Country web site about a 2nd awning. Also have looked at the build sheet. No mention of a 2nd awning.

Are you getting a Big Country or Bighorn? I thought we were...
I see nothing on heartlands web site about a 2nd awning on dinette/seat slide. Is this a dealer option or is the factory installing this for you?
David
Thanks for the Info.
I Just received a email from Heartland that said the only Big Country unit using the new roof system with the batt Insulation and new duct is the BC 3150RL. That all the other BC Units including the 3650RL still use the Block foam Insulation and have the AC duct cut out of...

Thanks for the reply. The idea of the second awning was to get the sun off of the big windows in that slide. This is the first time I have heard of the Elect. Management system in the Big Country. I Hope you are right. Glad you got your hot water heater problem solved. We have...

Thanks for the reply. We can't find a unit with in 200 miles of us to go see. AC is our top priority but this unit also has most of the other things we have on our priority list. I would like to know more info on what and how you plan to add an AC at the Fan. Who you talked to? Was it...
Don't want to high jack this thread but we have been looking at the big country 3650rl for a couple of years now. We will be in 100* hot sun most of the time we will be camping and was wondering if two AC will keep the unit cool. Do they offer a third AC for this unit. I have emailed Heartland...
How many amps are the induction stove tops? Can you run stove, AC, Convection Oven and other stuff on 30 amp service? The Lake we go to most often only has 30 amp service.
Thanks for the help
Thanks everyone for the replies. This helps a lot. Was worried about weights being on high end of TV. We will never travel with more than 1/2 tank of fresh water. This Trailer is longer than I would like, 39', but we are pulling a 35' Travel Trailer now and shouldn't be much longer with 3 or 4...
I am looking at these two units. Both about the same length and weight. We have a 2015 Chevy 3500 high country Diesel SRW. Most of our trips will be to a lake about two hours away. Maybe a longer trip every now and then. Sticker on door saids pay load is 3750 lbs. Gross weight rating of trailers...
