New Big Country Owner - Did We Make a Mistake
WE Bought a 2015 BC 3950 in April last year. Found several things wrong. Sound system was dirty with lots of finger prints all over it. Drain flange gasket in the sink was a flimsy foam gasket that didn't hold the water back, so we ended up with water on the floor. Shower handles fell off...- F5miland

Roller came off kitchen slide
A few days ago, while my wife was bringing in the kitchen slide and the same thing happened. Roller came off and the slide ripped up a piece of flooring. Took it to the shop to get it fixed...waiting for a phone call.- F5miland

Slide broke roller.
On our 1 yr old 3950, my wife went into the RV to bring in the drivers side slide. When she did the slide dug into the flooring and also broke off one of the rollers that the slide was on.
