They did help stabilize the back of the camper and were worth the purchase. I think adding scissor jacks just in front of the tires would help a lot too though. Interested in your review if you go that route.

We had a similar experience with the AC in our Pioneer the first summer out. If you haven't already, pull the cover off the AC from inside the camper and check to see that both sides are sealed up properly. There's a good write up in the Bighorn section of this form and some great videos on...
With the old DPF only systems ('07.5-'12 Rams), deleting gets you 3-4 MPGs unless the DPF is already starting to clog from build up causing it to regen more. The main thing is to get tour tuning from a highly reputable company. They will have tunes that will allow you to run code free and with...
I've been up on top of our Pioneer a few times installing vent covers and to inspect the roof sealant and it never felt flimsy to me. For no longer than you need to be up there to pull the cover on I can't see you having any issues.

Very nice! We keep talking about pulling the camper to Disney but have done it yet. We hear that Ft Wilderness is great.

Yes, that's the opening for the exhaust vent over the stove. I only open ours if we plan on cooking inside, which isn't very often.

X2 what @Domi said. You should not need the pump on to drain the lines. Just open the valves and the faucets and it should purge the majority of the water from the system.

Stop #2 on our short tour of the NC mountains.... Yogi In the Smokies, Cherokee NC.
Took Hwy 19 off I40 through Maggie Valley because Google showed it as the best alternative to taking the Blue Ridge Pkwy. The truck handled it just fine but had some close calls with oncoming traffic. Will be...
Yes is do. I have found that 40psi is the perfect pressure for the airbags. For me it works like this... The WDH transfers some weight to the front axle to keep from going too nose high and the airbags raise the rear to level us out and help soak up the bumps in the road.

Had to solve this same problem in our previous TT. I'm sure some mfg makes these but I used 3/4" PVC to make mine. It was a ladder like structure that had arms that came off at 90* on one side that I could slide under the mattress once my daughter was up in her bed. Worked like a champ...
I know how you feel... We have to keep our camper in storage when we relocated 3 years ago. Everything about our new house/neighborhood is perfect except no place to keep the camper :(

Re: Airbags
I installed Air-lift on my truck last year and love them. I want to add an on board compressor at some point, maybe next year.

Sharp truck! Congrats! You'll be glad you upgraded to a 3/4 ton PU the first time you pull the camper. I'll never go back to a 1/2 ton unless we decide to park the camper permanently down at the coast.

Once again this forum saves the day! I think the vent under the kitchen sink has failed in our rig (kitchen area smells like sewer after dumping the tanks) but wasn't sure what it was called. Ordering from Amazon today!

Last weekend I added a set of BAL Lock Arms to the rear stabilizers to try to take some if the shake out of the camper when the girls are back in the bunkhouse. I had to make some bracket extensions to tie to the frame due to the way the slide tray rails are mounted.

Get the weight distribution hitch installed first and then see how it feels. I added air bags last season and it made pulling our camper that much better.

I've had to do this when the camper battery died while in storage. The truck provided plenty of power to run the tongue jack and the slides. I just kept the truck running while powering the camper.

We have the same experience with DS310. X-chocks on both sides helped some. I am researching BAL stabilizers/JT Strongarms but the seem to be more suited for scissor jacks than the power jacks on our rigs.

Can you post some pictures of your setup? The way these hitches work, if you have sway, you are excessively light on your tongue weight. or it's something is off in the setup.

Do you have led strip lights attached to the awning roller?

Welcome! We are considering the same project on our Pioneer. We like the lights on the awning roller but we don't always have it open at night. It seems the popular solution is to run a the wire from the new light strip through the hole in the side of the camper where the existing light comes...
We looked at both options and both are significantly more sturdy than the factory step. We decided on the Glow Steps because of the fact that they can still be deployed in tights spaces and stow away in the same space as the factory steps.
