We live in our 5th wheel, so we rely on our Verizon phone hotspot. I thought about getting a booster, but haven't found that many places that are bad enough to warrant spending the money. We have some friends that run their business out of their 5th wheel that have a dedicated Verizon Hotspot...
Ask the dealer for the weight off the title. My BH3790RD was to be 13,950, but it was shipped (title weight) as 15,200. Add the washer and dryer, it didn't have much room to spare since 16,200 is the max.

Progressive. They were fantastic to work with. Wrote me a check for the full amount, but offered to let me order another at less cost than I paid for the original. I would keep the difference.
Re: planning on purchasing a Bighorn next month and have some questions for the factory (ordered unit)
Thanks.. I added some comments to my last message as I didn't really answer your original question. I think the BH are great units, I think the quality is there. They just need to address the...
Re: planning on purchasing a Bighorn next month and have some questions for the factory (ordered unit)
Thank You..We were hosting at one of the Ga state parks, staying in the safest site in the park we thought. We were about 150 miles east of the storm at that point. The wind blew down a...
Re: planning on purchasing a Bighorn next month and have some questions for the factory (ordered unit)
Ah, yes weight is an issue. We purchased a BH 3970RD in March loved the floor plan The base weight was 13950 with a GVW of 16200.. Though I was good, but by the time the options were added...
Ah, Irma.. got us too. Our six month old 3970RD.. ordered it from the factory exactly the way we wanted it. It actually faired well for having a 110' Poplar, a 90' oak, and a 40' maple tree fall on it all at the same time

John,
Thanks, I'll try that. My choices were that or a thin plastic cutting board. Terrible design. My Cedar Creek had the hydraulics attached to the end of the gear rail so nothing was exposed. I never thought to look at this.

Does anyone have any ideas for this? 4 of my 5 slides have openings through the frame to under the floor.. I just need to add a sign "Mouse Hotel".

Just go to their website, comfortable.com. they have a RV specific mattress. If you need help, call them. They are very helpful..... Measure your existing mattress before you call.

I had the hoses at the head of the bed on the Cedar Creek. I just received my new bed last night, so I've not installed it, but it appears Marc has his at the foot of the bed based on the pictures.
I like what you did for the install. We had one on our Cedar Creek for about 10 years. I had the air lines coming out at the head of the bed, then placed the motor against the outside wall under the bed, but I like your idea better. We loved it so we got one for our BH 3970 RD. I think I may...
Installed a reverse osmosis filter in the compartment with the hot water heater and ran water lines from the kitchen island where the refrigerator feeds. Nice clean ice and drinking water. Not installing in the kitchen island made my wife happy.
