It was recently in the low 30's and we have water coming out of the bottom of our trailer. Its coming from a small hose with a valve on it. Never noticed it draining water before.

Previously all functioned fine. We recently had our first freeze. Turned the furnace over to heat. The fan kicks on for 30seconds before kicking off. Never hear propane kick on. Is this just a pilot. Worked previously with No problem, no changes?

We recently took our first trip with our 2009 Landmark fifth wheel. During preparations for departure our hot water stared to come and go. There is pressure. We have checked the bypass valve. Is it possible for the valve to be stuck open?
