Hi all! Haven't been on for awhile. Nelson and I have been working on getting my niece and nephew out of foster care. Tuesday of last week, the judge transferred custody to us. They are 1 and 3 years old and the cutest sweetest babies.

Well, here they are, the before with the crack and the after. No Crack! They did a great job at the factory AND they even fixed the drawers that had broken slides. WAY TO GO factory guys!!!!!!!!! THANKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nelson dropped our Golden Gate off at the factory last night for a long awaited fixed. Just wanted to ask the service techs to be gentle with it - it is one of your originals, number 33.;) Seriously, I know it's in great hands. I just wanted to say thank you to whomever is working on it. Cheryl

Hey Scott, Just wanted to let you know the gen prep package arrived today. It has been less than a week since we spoke. I appreciate your very fast response. That's what I call taking good care of your customers.

Because of what I read here my husband plans on replacing all the screws in the slideout awnings before our vacation whether they need it or not. So to make it easier to find information on what to look for to prevent any mishaps, how about a sub-forum for people to tell what problems they have...
