How much pressure should I have in the tires for a long trip from San Antonio to Yosemite, Jackson Hole, and the Black Hills? These are the stock tires (Towmasters).

It doesn't matter if you are traveling 10 miles or 1,000. The tire inflation should be the same.
Unless you know how much weight is on each tire you should inflate to the max pressure listed on the sidewall of the tire.
Remember, this is the cold inflation number. Do this early in the morning before direct sunlight or traveling.

For your tires, required 80 psi at 65 degree's is the standard.
