I have been searching your topics that discuss the motion sensors. I've been reading through several of them but cannot seem to find out where you purchase them? I'm assuming based on the number you installed you bought them as a group. I'm thinking maybe cheaper by the dozen so to speak?

I have been purchasing then from Amazon. I had bought a few at first then found out how good they worked and how much I liked them. Then I ordered a few more. I think I have 8 of them now. The ones I found were $10 and I could get them right away. However I seen some on there for $5 with a delivery date of mid June. I'm not that patient.

Upgrade on the Dyson
Our 2015 Landmark 365 came with the smallest cheapest Dyson vac made. Although it is a very nice vacuum we could tell it only seems to have half the power of the V6 Dyson we have at home. So we decided to bite the bullet and upgrade to the big (v6-absolute+)

We vacuum the floor every time we pack up before we pull the slides in.

We had just vacuumed the floors 2 days ago with the little one

and then after unboxing the new one I charged it up and vacuumed the living room carpet.
This is what I got off of the carpet after vacuuming it with the v6

I ordered the $5 ones and it took 10 days from date of order to date of receipt.

Looks like the "shipped direct from China" ones I got are now $10.96 - likely shipped from US.

But - looks like the same part from another seller in the $5 range plus free shipping - link

Your older dyson could just be an older one and the new ones have more power than the older ones. We were looking at them for the camper but don't want to spend that much for something that just sits in there and then the battery may die.

Who knows the wife may just decide she want it for the camper. I will admit you do need one when you are on trips. There have been many times I wanted to vacuum after the kids and no vacuum.

My old one has a smaller motor head and way less power. It is a completely different unit.
This thing is awesome. And we use it all the time year round

Nice! Our 2016 came with the Dyson v6... The body looks the same as yours, but the roller looks different than both of those.

I like it, but I do have lots of cat fur to pick up, so it fills up quick.

Erika this new one came with 3 or 4 different types of heads I think one of them is the pet head.
Also a ton of attachments.

I think 10 is one of the best one's. I think I am going to follow what you and Jim did with the motion sensor lights. Especially under the sink cabinet.
