High on my Best of Mods list.
Got rid of the High Pointe microwave and installed the Samsung. Much better unit

Another one high on my list was replacing the toilet. The one that came in our 2015 unit was to small and didn't rinse out well. I put a Dometic 320 w/spray nozzle. A much better unit. I think the 2016 come with the 320 in them now

I coming up with more then 10 top 10 but I love them all.
Top 10 mod. Had the pass through silverware drawer remade and a slider drawer made to go on top of it. Makes it so much easier to get to the silverware from both sides of the island and keep them sorted. Next time I would of had them use thinner wood on the dividers.

One more top 10 Mod we love.
Pulled out the 2 uncomfortable and broken recliners and put in the VERY comfortable theater seats. We now have cup holders and a console to store all of the remotes.

A custom Mod. Some my have seen this already but I'm adding it to this thread.
I had a box made out of sheet metal at my local A/C shop. Sent it out to powder coating, and bought a tire Carrier to match the one on the RV. Did some small fab work to it to mount the box. Found a foam mat at K-mart and lined the inside of the box floor and walls, used a little 3M spray adhesive to stick it to the walls. Then mounted it right behind my spare tire Carrier. Now I have a home for my 17' Little Giant ladder.

Then after all of that. The Trailer shop picked my RV up from the paint shop with the forklift and had it raised up way to high to miss the extended landing legs and as he pulled it out of there deep guttered driveway he hit the box Carrier. No damage to the box thank goodness but I did have to replace the bracket and inner slide tubes. So now I have repaired it and slid it forward about 10"

Nice idea maybe a sales idea to Lippert for a future product. Did you put any weep holes for moisture to drain off? Water captured from rain and wheels I would think would build up in box and create issues within.

Ya they drilled a few holes in the bottom so they could hang it for the powder coating prosses. I might still put a seal around the top, or a splash shealed across the front of it.

A must-Mod.. I had a custom 2" hitch made and installed for the bikes or a rack. You could tow truck behind this thing.

Jerrod - love the painted stripes on the ends of the slide rooms. Tom M had one done like this a year ago to see what it would look like and cost. It looked cool and added something like $1500 +/-.

Also love your ladder storage box! This is not a dig in anyway, but I'm wondering if rather than powder coating sheet metal, oif one could have it coated with Linex/Rhino etc.? I know it would weigh more, but wondering if long-term, it would provide a more durable finish against abrasion and rusting from scratches and dings?

Thanks Jim we are definitely happy with the out come of the stripes.
You have a great idea for the box. You could even use a lighter gauge sheet metal with the bed liner coating. I had bought the limited edition black Little Giant latter before I came up with the box idea. My latter weighs 45lbs the regular one is 34lbs I think, so a lighter box and lighter latter would all be a better way to go. (My box is 18gauge sheet metal)

Simple Mod. We love our Ashland floor plan, and the entry closet is one of the best ideas. It's big, and it's in the right place, we use it as a catch-all for all of the stuff that we use to set on the counter and on the floor inside the door.
The Mod. I moved the center shelf up to the top to keep the same shelf space and still be able to hang our coats. I also moved the Dyson vac into that closet to get it out of our bedroom closet. And make it more accessible. Also made a magnetic holder for the step stool that came with the coach. I will add more pics when I get back to the RV tonight

Simple Mod. I ordered a clear USB LED light strip to put inside our Heartland LM 365 sign so you can see it during the day. I'm trying to find a USB A-B switch to switch back and forth, but haven't found what I'm looking for yet.
Step light Mod. I changed the simple amber marker light under the step with a Blue 4" LED strip light, to match the the Landmark sign at night.

wair did you get the extra shelf for the closet?
I just moved the middle one up above the top one. That shelf being in the middle didn't allow us to hang the clothes on the rod. So it had to come out anyway, so I just moved it up to the big empty space on top.

Nice light mods Jerrod. How about a SPDT-Center Off switch in the side of the LED light cabinet? One side of the switch can power the blue light and the other side can power the clear LED and the center allows you to have it off if you want.

I like it !!!! Thanks Jim

My USB plugs are hot all the time right now "I believe" the switch I have inside is for the 110 plug below the sign. Or did I miss a switch somewhere ?
That USB out let does have 2 ports so if I could access it and separate them I could get the wires into the panel some how, that would be the perfect answer and work like a charm.
Thanks for the idea.
