You have to read the terms and conditions to find out what is covered and what is excluded. Most policies are focused on appliance failures and exclude structural issues, water damage, wear and tear, suspension problems and more.

Not to pick on Good Sam, but here's the list of exclusions from a few years ago (highlighting added):

Well I guess that answers the delamination question. So my search will continue...

I think I'll call the local repair shops and see who they work with and if they have better service with one over another. There are two shops in the area that I've heard good things about.

Extended warrantee formula.


Add the cost of the warranty to the product of the number of deductibles and price of those deductibles. Take the result, and deposit it in your RV rainyday savings account.

Extended warranties . . .

Just be sure to read ALL of the fine print . . .

And maybe carry a bottle of lemon juice to make the invisible ink appear.
