You can always call and see if they will accommodate your wish. I'd hate to not have you join us because of a site issue.

Called a little late this evening and couldn't get through. I'll try to make reservations tomorrow morning for the 4th and leaving on the 9th. Looking forward to seeing everyone there.

Would love to be there but we'll be in Fredericksburg for Oktoberfest, staying at Oakwood RV if anyone else is in the area.

Totally understandable....but we'll miss having you with us. Perhaps next year we'll have to have the rally in Fredericksburg so we can all enjoy the Oktoberfest festivities!

I called Pioneer Beach and made reservations, arriving on the 4th and departing on the 8th. Looking forward to seeing everyone.

Finally got thru . Arriving on the 4th and leaving on the 9th. To early to talk about a Breakfast Extravaganza yet but Ted and I can guarantee you a Margaritaville with a Tiki Bar. We look forward to attending your 1st rally as new chapter leaders.
