We have two lots(memberships) at a large RV park in NW Washington. There are a lot of snowbirders that make this their summer sunbird location.

www.lakeconnorpark.com Park has 1400+ sites on 360 acres.

Beautiful area. It looks like their open season is only four months and then the park shuts down? Do you have to pay dues for the six months you cannot use the park?

Under county charter you can only spend 180 days per year in the park. Over 3.5 hours is counted as a day. Two lots does NOT give us 360 days, BTW. RV can be left year round and trapped from after Labor Day to Memorial Day to protect them during the winter months. A RV can be roofed, but a free standing roof(think car port) is not allowed. Roof has to be supported by the RV.

Dues are for all 12 months. If we have guests, their days run concurrent with ours as long as we are in the park. If we are gone their days count against our 180 days.
