Help reinstall emergency exit window

Due to issue with door in our 2016 landmark 365, we had to exit through emergency window exit in living room. Door is being taken care of. However when using widow exit, the window came right off. I was prepared for this as it is mentioned in literature. Now I am having difficulty getting window back in track so that it closes correctly. If anyone has any experience with this and can offer insight or suggestions it would be appreciated. Thank you for any possible help. I know I could take it to dealer, but that's 2 1/2 hrs away.

iam having the same problem....i had it open and was cleaning it when it came off .....tried numerous times to get it in the track....we stopped opening it...mine is the window in the bedroom
