2016 prowler ac fan on and off

This year since it’s become summer, the ac will run fine and cool as needed but for the first time we noticed that the fan will shut off for a few seconds while the compressor is still running. This happens every once in a while and doesn’t seem to be of any particular pattern. Also, all the times prior to this summer’s camping trips the ac NEVER satisfied and cycled off. It just ran all the time. Now it will actually cycle off when the set point is reached. Just think it to be weird that sometimes the fan will cut off while the compressor is still running at times. Any suggestions?
