Rt 127 Cookeville TN to Cumberland Lake

In a car it's ok. I would not pull a camper that way, especially one with any length. In places, it has too many switchbacks where you will meet the rear end of the trailer but in other areas is straight as an arrow. I have even pulled a utility trailer thru there and didn't like it. If you are going to Lake Cumberland State Park, I would go I-75 to hwy 80 out of north London to Somerset, then take Cumberland Pkwy to Russell Spring. Then go south on 127 thru Jamestown to the park.

We took 127 years ago to avoid 75 that was a mistake. Going over Jellico is a better option.
