Need Rim Replacement!

I blew out my mallard 27 tire on the freeway. Had to drive on the rim. Where can I get a replacement rim. My spare rim don’t match. Any help would be appreciated.

Have you tried contacting heartland getting info regarding a replacement rim to match? or who made the rim you have on your Mallard?
