2018 Landmark Kitchen Faucet

We have a new 2018 Landmark Phoenix Kitchen Faucet that only works in spray mode. Even though it is a 2018, we just got it. If you push and hold the button, the pray becomes stronger but there is no way to get a single stream from the faucet. Should it be able to be get to a single stream? Does anyone know the manufacture of this faucet or know how to disassemble of fix it?

If you're under warranty, call Heartland Customer Service at 877-262-8032 / 574-262-8030. Have your VIN # ready. They may be willing to send you a faucet for self-install.

Ours was just the opposite issue. We had the broad stream, no jet spray. Called heartland, and they sent me out a replacement faucet assembly in 2 days.
