Please help me locate the transfer switch so I may use the parks electrical outlets already plugged in to the rv

Welcome to the Heartland Owners Forum.
I've moved your question to its own thread with other electrical questions.
But I'm afraid your question needs a bit more explanation. If you have generator prep, and possibly a generator, the operation of the transfer switch is automatic. There's nothing you need to do to use an RV park's electrical receptacles.
It would be helpful if you would include your trailer year/model/floorplan as well.
If you're having an electrical problem, please describe the problem and as much relevant information as you may have.
