Underbelly 5th Wheel Lighting

Does anyone have an idea for some under chassis lighting? I recently removed my existing fold out steps and added new Lippert Solid Steps and I had a 12v switched light under the area where the old steps were. I want to hook up to the electrical there so I can use the same switch to turn them on/off. Is there any good ideas for lighting underneath?

We were also going to use that power source after installing the Lippert Solid Steps, but ended up going with this system, which we simply attached to batteries in front. Then wire down each side of RV. Nice thing about this system is you can control light colors and turn on/off with remote.

You'll need 2 kits.

We went with almost the same thing. We wired them into the belly box next to the TV on our LM Charleston. It has 7 colors and can be programmed to cycle through, etc. etc.

You can wire to 110v or 12v. We decided on 12v as we like to dry camp a lot.

The LED strips have a peel off strip to stick to underbelly, but we also attach these mounting brackets for extra support.

Before we traded in out Bighorn, I did purchase the above fasteners. I opted to use the self adhesive strip on the back and then used Gorilla construction adhesive run across the strip where the LED lights were not. Worked like a champ and was quick. I had only one small section that wanted to droop and pull everything down so I used a few strips of Gorilla tape to temporarily hold the strip up.
