Hi Setexlady,

Welcome to the Heartland Owners Forum.

The Dometic RM1350 E0 error code means:

No communication between display and power modules. The control system will revert to full automatic operation selecting the best energy source available with AC first and GAS being second priority. The temperature setting will be maintained at the mid position. The power module will continually attempt to reestablish operation of the display module. Test control cable between upper and lower control, control (on-off) panel and lower board, clean all grounds, and try a different DC power source. If problem still exists change lower control board.

If the refrigerator has previously worked, I'd suggest you start by verifying that the you have adequate DC voltage. The test panel in your control panel has a test button which when pressed will display both holding tank levels AND DC power. If while plugged into shore power, all 4 lights go on, you've got good DC voltage in general.

You'll also want to check for blown fuses in the main fuse box. And on the outside of the coach, remove the lower vent panel to expose the back of the refrigerator. There are several fuses on the circuit board, and one that's in-line, in a cable bundle.
