We're selling our 2011 Landmark and would invite your consideration. As most of you already know, this is the top-of-the-line model from Heartland. We ordered it with every possible option except the "desk chair". Since then, we have upgraded and added many more features. This RV is rigged for extreme cold weather (we took many extended ski vacations in Breckenridge, CO with temps down to -30 (F). It's also rigged for long distance travel, with MorRyde 8K Independent Suspension, Disc Brakes, and 17.5" wheels with Goodyear G114 tires. The living room and kitchen slide rooms were rebuilt at the Factory Service Center in June 2020, along with replacement of kitchen and living room floor covers with vinyl, including in the slides. The basement has the MorRyde sliding tray and the entry steps are the Torklift Revolution Glowsteps. The furnace was converted to dual mode with installation of RV Comfort System's CheapHeat. The furnace runs either on propane, or on 120V AC at the flip of a switch. Forget about lugging propane tanks. There are 2 TVs and a rooftop Winegard Trav'ler automatic aiming satellite dish - set up currently for Directv, but if you prefer Dish, I believe the LNB can be changed. The bedroom has a king-size 12" memory foam mattress to provide a good night's sleep. Refrigerator is the 14 Cu Ft. 4 door Dometic RM1350 that runs off 120V AC, or propane. Spendide stacking washer and dryer. Onan 5500 generator. Variable speed water pump. There's more.
