While they could not solve the issue with our slide room I could not have been treated better. For the two hours of shop time along with another hour of the service writers time crawling around with me looking at the coach I was charged a very fair rate. Certainly not the raping I got at the first dealer contacted about this problem.

These folks (American RV) seem to be a fair and reputable dealership.

I believe they are the same place that initially worked with Malcolm and Valerie when they had their crash. I think they were very pleased with the service also.
