Can Wiring from Touch Pad to Controller

I have a 2018 Bighorn Traveler 32 RS that has a Lippert Hydraulic Leveling System. I recently discovered that the CAN wire that runs from the Touch Pad inside the RV to the Controller located in the underneath compartment directly behind the Fifth Wheel went bad. I need to run the new wire and I am told from Bighorn the original wire was factory installed by hand and not automatically installed. Thus, Heartland says they are not sure how the original wire was run. It appears to be run down the door/step side of the RV. I was hopeful that I could simply tie the new wire to the bad/old wire and pull it through the RV but I am not sure if other wires are connected (if any) to the original wire. Again, Heartland cannot tell me if other wires are running along with the CAN wire. Does anyone know how to run the new wire and what steps to take in running the new wire? Thank you for your help!
