Hi. We have a 2013 Bighorn with Genesis 3.0 sound system that is having balance issues. When playing a DVD we can barely hear sound out of the left surround speakers. It is the same for both the internal DVD player and if I hook up an external player as well. Sound is fine if I play music through the Bluetooth connection. Any ideas on what may be wrong?
