Hydraulic slide off door side

I have a 2017 Bighorn 3870FB. After sitting at a campsite for the summer, when pulling in the slides to move I have an issue with the slide off door side. When pulling in the slide and also extending the rear portion acts like it has a gear issue and and jumps about every 5 inches to catch up with the front rail where the hydraulic cylinder is. Visually I don’t see any problem with the gear teeth. Anyone else experienced this? Any thoughts?
Thanks.

Any chance the rack bar teeth pointing down are rubbing against the frame cutout hole for the rack? My rig has this problem with the big living room door side slide, and needs the roller support gussets to be rewelded and re-enforced. I only have the problem when bringing the slide in, bought a LONG bottle jack (like those used in engine hoists) which I use to lift up on the front roller gear on the rack while bringing the slide in.
