I made an appointment to have a slide room issue looked at by this dealer. They do not sell Heartland nor does any other dealer locally. With that said drove over talked with them about the issue and made a service appointment.
That pretty much was the end of anything good in the entire series of events. The long and short of it was my issue was never corrected, I was charged a tidy sum for nothing which included parts I am not sure where they went and the camper is still not fixed.
In my opinion, if you are going to this dealer for service be careful would be my advice. My experience is one that will keep me from using or recommending this dealer for service.
