Three of my TV's have a three plug RCA wall plate next to them and all the TV's are plugged in. However, there is no signal from anything. The Sony DATV140 doesn't feed it, the Boss unit in the garage doesn't feed it. What is supposed to feed signal to it? My local dealer is clueless and Heartland keeps sending me the coax drawing.

The TVs get their cableTV and over the air signal via a Coax connection, not an RCA R/W/Y connection. Do you have a Coax connector on a wall plate near the TV? One Coax connector may be for Cable/Antenna and the other for satellite.
Near one of the TVs is a signal booster with a push button and small red LED. ON for antenna. OFF for cable TV.
The RCA R/W/Y are for attaching external devices such as a DVD player to the TV.
