Well I'm bummed. Just noticed two cracks in the floor of our Landmark Rushmore shower (rectangular). The shower floor has started creaking a lot. I am guessing the pan was not supported properly when installed. Everything is still under warranty but I'm really worried about the repair process. It is a one piece unit!!! Anybody have a similar experience and how was it handled.
Edit: Cracks aren't in the floor but in the curved transition by the shower doors.
