Stabilizing Jacks

I am trying to identify the size/ weight capacity of the stabilizing jacks on my 2014 Northtrail 26BRSS? I sent a message to Heartland with my VIN number but they want me to send them a photo of the jacks. Trouble is they are rusting like mad and have no visible id markings on them. If anyone could point me in the right direction I would be extremely grateful. Thanks

Send them a picture as they have asked, they will be able to identify them

They are scissor jacks. I was hoping they would be able to cross reference them against my VIN and a build sheet

Scissor jacks are always going to rust.
Get some bow sheild t-9. lubricant. Use it on slides, key holes, hinges everything.
